v5: The weave is pulled outward from the saddle interface. The pipe-side leg spreads away from the socket axis along the pipe surface. The socket-side leg climbs up the socket wall. The transparent red surface indicates the build-up weld metal envelope.

Tack / Spot Weld Coverage

Default tack points are at the saddle low points: θ = 90° and 270°. Red segments show the zones that the full weld must cover and slow down through.

Robot Calibration

Engineer setup area: maps part-local XYZ into robot XYZ, then applies offset, fine rotation, and 7-axis ratio/sign. Defaults are simulator coordinates only, not the actual site robot user frame.

Important: You can export calibrated robot path / URScript skeleton / FANUC LS-style skeleton. Before first use, an engineer must calibrate User Frame, Tool Frame, 7-axis sign/ratio, TCP stickout, collision clearance, and weld schedule, then validate with dry-run / air-cut.
